DESCRIPTION
    This module includes:

    *   Additional functionality for Makefile.PL used by
        ExtUtils::MakeMaker.

    *   Standard test scripts.

INSTALLATION
        perl Makefile.PL
        make
        make test
        make install

DEPENDENCIES
        None.
